xHamsterLive models are not considered to be employees of the owner/operator of xHamsterLive. Although you sign a Model Agreement which makes you eligible for broadcasting, it is not a working contract which makes you legally employed by xHamsterLive, it is a different kind of working agreement.

Models are responsible for declaring their earnings from xHamsterLive and filing their own tax forms for themselves.
