How it works

There are 3 different subscription tiers available depending on how much support you want to give to your model. With each tier comes a distinctive badge that will be displayed next to your name in the chat room.

Joining a Fan Club

When you’re in the model’s chat room, on top of the broadcasting window you can see "Join Fan Club". Once you click on it, a modal window will pop up to confirm your subscription. You can choose which tier you want to subscribe to and then proceed to payment.

Prices are different depending on payment method and region. So upon payment method selection, your price will be recalculated on the payment page. Your subscription will be automatically renewed every month at the price of your tier unless you cancel it, which you can do any time.

Managing your subscription

"My Subscriptions" – which you can find in your drop-down menu at the top right of our site – is where you want to go if you ever wish to change something of your Fan Club subscription. There you can see all your active and inactive subscriptions and manage them.

1. Cancel subscription

In just one click you can cancel your Fan Club subscription no matter when. Know that if you cancel in the middle of your subscription period, your subscription will continue until the start of your next pay cycle (one month). Changed your mind? Nothing to worry about, resubscribing is also possible anytime and as simple as hitting the “Resubscribe” button.

2. Upgrade/downgrade subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription whenever needed. However, in order to downgrade it you first need to cancel the current one, and then join the model’s Fan Club again but choosing a different tier. Note that if you cancel in the middle of your subscription period, your subscription will continue until the start of your next pay cycle and only then you can downgrade it.

For upgrading though, you don’t need to wait for the next pay cycle, it can be done immediately. Go to the model’s chat room and on top of the broadcasting window click on "Fan Club". Then you can choose the tier that you want to upgrade to and pay for it promptly. Note that if you do it in the middle of your current subscription period, you will be charged the full price of the new subscription tier, regardless of having already paid for your current one that same month.

In case the model decides to suspend her Fan Club, already subscribed members will continue their subscription until they choose to cancel it themselves.
