You can ban certain countries for which your profile won’t be visible, from your Settings and Privacy page. Once there, choose the countries you wish your account not to be visible to, and hit “Save”.

In addition, you can block certain regions of most countries. Select a country and you will see an option to choose specific regions.

You’re free to use this feature at your own convenience, however, note that enabling it may negatively impact traffic in your room.
